Returns

You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please email us at hellocomfyra@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide you with the return instructions and the address where your package should be sent.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us at hellocomfyra@gmail.com, and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Final sale items
Gift cards
Intimate items, for hygiene reasons

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hellocomfyra@gmail.com and include photos of the item and your order.

We'll review the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
